Write to hello@timre.app. For anything that looks like a bug, attach the file from Settings → Privacy & data → Send diagnostics — you see exactly what's in it before it goes, and it contains no usage data, goal text or messages.
Common questions
The wall never appears.
Two permissions make the wall possible: Usage access (to measure time) and Display over other apps (to show the wall full‑screen). Check both in Settings → Permissions. On Samsung, Xiaomi, OnePlus and similar phones also allow Unrestricted battery — those phones close background monitors otherwise. If Today shows Monitoring stopped, tap Restart monitoring.
Why does timre need Usage access?
It's the only way Android lets an app know how long you've spent in another app. timre reads it on the phone and never uploads it. Only daily totals per app sync to your account.
Does it drain the battery?
Measured cost is under 1% of daily battery. The monitor checks the foreground app about once a second and sleeps otherwise.
I turned on Harsh mode and now I can't turn it off quickly.
That's deliberate: turning Harsh off asks you to wait a few seconds so an impulse can't undo a decision you made calmly. Open the app's limit, choose another preset, and wait for the button to unlock.
I signed in and my apps or photo didn't come back.
Make sure you picked the same Google account you used before. Sync runs a few seconds after sign‑in; photos follow once the rest has arrived. If a photo still says Restoring… after a minute, open Settings → Send diagnostics and send it to us.

How do I delete everything?
Settings → Privacy & data → Delete account and data. It removes everything from the phone and from our servers immediately. Export my data first if you want a copy. If you've already uninstalled, see deleting your account.
